What is the 7th Seal?

The 7th Seal

When he opened the seventh seal, there was silence in heaven for about half an hour. (Revelation 8: 1)

What is about to happen causes all of heaven to be silent for a brief time. The wrath of God was poured out with the 6th Seal. Now, all of heaven is silent. It is a moment of awe.

The 7th seal appears to describe the establishment of the Kingdom of God when the Messiah begins his eternal reign. (see Revelation 11: 15-19)
